By registering an account, making a deposit, or simply browsing the ry36 platform, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all related policies, including Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming us. • Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until the requirement is fully satisfied.

Your account security is a shared responsibility between you and ry36. The following are your responsibilities as an account holder:

• Keep your username and password secure. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Use a strong and unique password for your ry36 account. Avoid reusing passwords from other platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an extra layer of security — this feature is available in your account settings.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared or public device.
• Contact the ry36 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.

Ry36 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. However, we are always ready to assist in investigating any suspicious activity on your account.

To protect the integrity of the platform and all members, the following activities are strictly prohibited at ry36:

• Money Laundering — using the ry36 platform to conceal or convert illicit funds.
• Fraud and Manipulation — using software, bots, or any automated method to manipulate game outcomes or exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Collusion — colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in games, particularly in poker games or live competitions.
• Bonus Abuse — registering multiple accounts or using another person's identity to repeatedly claim bonuses.
• Chargeback — filing a chargeback with your bank after a deposit has been used for betting.
• Unauthorized access — attempting to access ry36's systems or databases without authorization, or disrupting platform operations in any way.

Ry36 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms in this document.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Requests from relevant authorities.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

You may also request to close your account at any time by contacting the ry36 support team. Before closure, ensure all pending withdrawals have been settled. Any remaining balance in your account upon voluntary closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the fulfilment of all applicable wagering requirements.

To the extent permitted by law, ry36 is not liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from your own betting decisions.
• Service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond ry36's control, such as natural disasters, network outages, or third-party system failures.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized use of your login credentials, where such access occurred due to your own negligence.
• Technical errors or faults caused by the software or hardware you use to access the platform.

Ry36 is committed to maintaining a stable and reliable platform at all times, targeting an uptime rate exceeding 99.9%. Should any disruption affect your active wagers, ry36 will take reasonable steps to resolve the issue fairly.

Ry36 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any material changes via an in-platform notification or to the email address you have registered. It is your responsibility to ensure your email information is kept up to date.

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising from them, are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through amicable negotiation will be referred to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severable from the rest of this agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
